1. Services Provided

Italia Esperienza specializes in organized group tours, private guided excursions, customized travel packages, cultural city tours, food and wine experiences, historical site visits, and the provision of transportation and logistics related to these activities. All services and tours are subject to availability and conditions outlined on our platform.

2. Booking and Payment

Bookings must be made through our online platform or authorized communication channels. Full or partial payment may be required at the time of booking, depending on the selected service. Payment methods and refund policies will be clearly stated at the time of purchase.

• Deposits are non-refundable except where otherwise indicated.
• Final payments must be completed within the specified deadlines.

3. Cancellation and Refunds

Cancellations made by the client are subject to cancellation fees depending on the notice period:

• Cancellations made more than 30 days before the tour start incur no penalty except for non-refundable deposits.
• Cancellations between 29 and 15 days may result in a 50% charge of the total booking price.
• Cancellations less than 15 days prior to tour commencement will incur a 100% charge.

Italia Esperienza reserves the right to cancel or reschedule tours due to unforeseen circumstances, in which case full refunds or rescheduling options will be provided.

4. Travel Documents and Compliance

Clients are responsible for obtaining all necessary travel documents, including passports, visas, and health certifications. It is the client’s duty to comply with local laws and guidelines during tours and excursions.

5. Health and Safety

Participants must disclose any medical conditions or physical limitations prior to booking. Italia Esperienza cannot be held liable for any medical issues arising during a tour. All tours include basic safety measures, but clients must follow instructions given by guides and personnel.

6. Liability

Italia Esperienza acts solely as an organizer and facilitator of travel services and cannot accept liability for personal injury, loss, or damage to personal belongings caused during participation in tours. We recommend clients obtain adequate travel insurance.

7. Intellectual Property

All content displayed on our site, including images, texts, logos, and videos, are the property of Italia Esperienza or its licensors. Unauthorized use or reproduction is prohibited.

8. Privacy and Data Use

Your personal information collected during booking and communication will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and in compliance with applicable Italian law.

9. Governing Law

These terms and any dispute arising shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Italy. Any claims or disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Florence.
